Time for another Mayor Gia style work out! Previously we
mastered the wine lift and the kitten jog. Now, it’s time to work those thigh
muscles with:
I use Boyfriend. |
Step 1. Have Boyfriend take a slice of pizza and stand five
or six feet away from you.
Yep.
Step 2. Lunge to the pizza.
Step 3. Take a bite.
Step 4. Have Boyfriend move 5-6 ft back.
Step 5. Lunge again with your other leg.
Step 6. Take another bite.
Step 7. Repeat until satisfied with pizza or legs give out.
You’re welcome.
The other variation on this one is to place the plate on the floor and do squats, take a bite, do a squat, take a bite. You don't even need anyone else around for this particular exercise, so more pizza for you!
ReplyDeleteThis is just in time for the summer. I'm gonna need a perfect summer body in 2 weeks!!!
ReplyDeleteAh, this is akin to my own favorite workout routine. Which is where I sprinkle a bunch of jelly beans on the carpet, and then do pushups to eat them, one at a time. Or I would do that - if I liked jelly beans, or if I could do a single pushup.
ReplyDeleteHehehe--I love this!
ReplyDeleteLOL - you should do a workout video!
ReplyDeleteWishing you an awesome day!
xoxo
I totally agree with Jennifer.
DeleteIf it's Hawaiian style pizza that's even better becaus, you know, pineapple, it's fruit, thus you're being extra healthy, right?
ReplyDeleteOh, goodie! I finally know how to get rid of that extra 60 pounds.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
Pizza push-ups? Haha!
ReplyDeleteDid you know they put mayonaise on pizza in Japan?
ReplyDeleteThe perfect exercise!
ReplyDeleteHmmm...pizza is definitely the answer as I would barely get off the couch for what i am having for dinner tonight!
ReplyDeleteHahah funny! I love your blog! I am following you and would you care to follow back?

That last picture was so funny that my legs gave out and now I have fallen and can't get up unless someone motivates me by waggling a pizza in front of my face, was the longest sentence ever, she said.
ReplyDeleteBut by the time your legs wear out, won't the pizza be cold and soggy, not to mention fairly unappetizing?
ReplyDeleteWhew! I'm exhausted just thinking about this.
ReplyDeleteIf it's vegetable pizza you totally don't need to do as many lunges though do you... you know, because it's totally healthy x
ReplyDeleteI see an exercise book/video in your future.
ReplyDeleteThere has to be an easier way!
