Time for another Mayor Gia exercise! This one involves
getting off the futon.
Yes.
Get ready for this:
Step 1: Have Boyfriend come over with a bicycle.
OMG you guys, I worked so hard on that bike drawing |
Step 2: Attach wagon to bicycle.
Step 3. Find kitten.
(like one of the feral ones at your work)
Step 4: Put kitten in wagon.
Step 5: Have Boyfriend ride bicycle.
Step 6: Try to catch kitten.
Ta-DA! Enjoy.
[*kitten can be replaced by bunny puppy or duckling, as
needed]
Not bad. I've been blasting my quads (not really sure what those are) by hanging the TV remote from the ceiling so I have to get up every time I want to change the channel. I also have something similar to you except I wear a yarmulke and have a German chase me. Close.
ReplyDeleteHa ha, that is the most unique excercise I've ever seen :) Very nice of Boyfriend and the kitten to cooperate! I would be happy with the bunny, duckling, or puppy, too. Ooh, why not all of them at the same time? You could run a marathon that way!
ReplyDeleteI'm very impressed with that bicycle!
ReplyDeleteOne problem: I don't have a Boyfriend. Is that okay, or should I just stop trying and live with my impending obesity?
ReplyDeleteI've got a basket on my bike, and sometimes I bring one of my dogs with me. They love it, and it's a great workout lugging 10-20 extra lbs.
I'm sure Boyfriend would be happy to bike for you!
DeleteThe bike is stellar. Truly. Bravo!
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking if there was a bottle of wine in the wagon, I would be more apt to run after it . . .
Wow, that bike really is impressive! It still takes me for ever to draw one! Way to exercise :D
ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeletePicklelope Love the kippa story!
Brilliant!! Can kitty also be replaced with bottle of Apothic Red Wine?
ReplyDeleteThe hard part of the workout comes when the cat jumps out of the wagon and you need to chase it! Love this :)
ReplyDeleteSo it also doubles as exercise for boyfriend. I wonder if he enjoys it as much as the kitten.
ReplyDeleteWell done! The bicycle is awesome Gia! I vote for wine in the wagon though; my cat is geriatric with all the consequences of an aging feline - I'm unlikely to chase her ever. :D
ReplyDeleteThis is hilarious and the bike rocks!
ReplyDeleteDid it work?
ReplyDeleteI'm going to try this.
ReplyDeleteI just need a boyfriend and a cat. And a bike.
Shit. I think I'll wait for another idea.
I'd have to go with the puppy. There could be lots of supplemental exercise when you have to chase the puppy after it jumps out of the wagon and takes off.
ReplyDeleteActually, this sounds pretty legit as well. You're almost ready to create your own DVD series!
ReplyDeleteNice job on the bike. REALLY nice job.
that bike is top stuff! Wow!
