About a year ago, I wrote about how delicious burritos are. There is a take out place that makes delicious cheap burritos and amazing
(greasy) chips that make me feel sick but are wondrous. Remember:
I guess it’s that time of the year, because lately I’ve been
craving a burrito. The dreams have come back
So this weekend, this happened:
So Boyfriend brought over a ton of stuff for us to make
burritos. I intended to take a lot of pictures, but it was messy and I wasn’t
thinking about touching my phone. But it
was like this:
I did take a picture of the aftermath, though:
So many things to clean up. Anyway, this is the end result:
Too much stuff in it to wrap it all fancy like the ones at a restaurant |
Ta-Da! It. Was.
Delicious.
What was on the top corner of you fridge, an errant tortilla? I crave Mexican food, legit only, a minimum of once per week. I love it so. This has only strengthened my need.
ReplyDeleteI need to stop going to blogs that post pictures of food. Mmm, that looks yummy. Must have avocado!
ReplyDeleteThat's a good looking burrito you two made.
ReplyDeleteOne of my friends dated a Mexican guy for a long time and she referred to his package as a burrito. So I assumed that is what you were doing here.
ReplyDeleteI love your plates, but can you share the recipe? I'm wondering why you're using Ginger Ale in a burrito...
ReplyDeletePromise me you cleaned up the mess. That photo sent my OCD into overdrive.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
Burrito burrito maaan... I want to be... a burrito maaan...
ReplyDeleteThat looks far more delicious (and far less gastric unfriendly) that takeout!
ReplyDeleteYum! Makes me wish I had a big, tasty burrito right now.
ReplyDeleteBut aren't you vegetarian/vegan? How can you have a burrito without meat? :(
ReplyDeleteMy kitchen often looks the same after cooking. Sounds (and looks!) like the burritos were a great success!!
