Sooooo...This will be a short post. One update, really:
Yep. I brought kitty back to the vet, where I spent another bajillion dollars on more tests to figure out why her eye thing is back. It's probably nothing (or it's something really bad). But most probably nothing serious at all. Probably just a touch of kitty herpes.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go stare at my cat.
Hopefully, neither you nor Kitty use CatWebMD otherwise, you're all bound to think it's cancer. Every diagnosis on CatWebMD and regular WebMD boils down to, "Well, it could be a rash, but you're probably going to die of cancer. Good luck with the CANCER, or rash, who knows."
ReplyDeleteAlso, is Boyfriend going to amputate his leg in solidarity...or worse, wear a v-neck?
I missed your first post about your kitty's eye issues. Ours gets eye issues every few months or so, we give her (human) pink eye drops and it's usually gone within a day. Ours starts out getting gooey around the eye and progresses worse but if we catch it in the gooey stage, it goes away after just a couple of doses. I don't know if it's the same thing or not, but I'm sure it's a lot cheaper than a vet visit to at least attempt it.
ReplyDeleteArrrrrh!
ReplyDeleteSorry, I had to do it. It's the Tourette's
get well soon kitty :*
ReplyDeleteAs I think I mentioned before, my oldest cat seems to get eye issues from time to time. Always the same eye, always the same eye drops prescribed, and after a few treatments it's gone again. Hopefully yours is also not a big deal. Happy thoughts from my own cats and kitten.
ReplyDeleteKitty herpes? That's comforting. Get well soon, Kitty!
