Things have been stressful around here lately.
Puppy has lymphoma. You can hear all about it in 2 podcasts from now (sorry, got behind on the editing). She’s getting doggie chemo, but there is nothing good about the situation.
I know that the right thing to do when things are stressful is to meditate, so I tried to use a mindfulness app on my phone.
